Physics expands our thinking horizons. It is the foundation of all natural and technical sciences. She created and constantly creates and develops the technique, being its source and essence.
Physics is our passion, but also a way of thinking about the world - creative, analytical, experimental. We try to understand the laws and patterns that guide Nature, but we also build their models, successfully applying them in the observation of social and economic phenomena, biological systems and diagnostic techniques.
The mission of the Polish Physical Society is to popularize physics and related sciences, to raise the general level of physical knowledge in society and to support the development of physics in Poland.
We develop ties between physicists employed in education, science and in various branches of the economy.
We also represent the physicists community in society, before state and local government authorities, as well as other public and private organizations in the country and abroad.
