Abstrakt
Naukowcy z kraju i zagranicy już od października ubiegłego roku mogą prowadzić regularne badania w Centrum SOLARIS. Znajdujący się w ośrodku synchrotron stwarza im unikalne możliwości badawcze, dotąd niedostępne w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. O wybudowanie w Polsce synchrotronu zabiegano od ponad trzydziestu lat, dlatego pierwsi użytkownicy w SOLARIS to przełomowy moment dla polskiej nauki.
Abstract
Scientists from Poland and abroad have been able to conduct regular research at the SOLARIS Center since October last year. The synchrotron located at the center provides them with unique research opportunities, previously unavailable in Central and Eastern Europe. The construction of a synchrotron in Poland has been sought for over thirty years, so the first users at SOLARIS are a breakthrough moment for Polish science.
